Piazza Financial Services Ltd was incorporated in Great Britain on 9th of October 1998. Stéphane created Piazza Financial Services Ltd at that time to provide some UK incorporation services to international business owners. After six years of experience and successful activities, we decided to expand their business to the USA. We formed Easy Corp Ltd in early 2004 then merged Piazza Financial Services Ltd with Easy Corp Ltd. In 2005, we created a subsidiary of Easy Corp Ltd in Delaware and started to expand quickly their activity in the USA with innovative services. Competitors then were big and well established. But Stéphane conducted business with a philosophy that allowed Easy Corp Ltd not just to survive but to thrive, emerging over time to become an acknowledged leader in the business formation industry. There are so many new projects and therefore we are really busy!...
